The EB-5 Program

The EB-5 Program

The EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program is a federal U.S. immigration program that provides eligible foreign investors and their immediate family members a pathway to permanent U.S. residency and ultimately citizenship through a qualifying investment in a U.S. enterprise.

Under current program requirements, investors typically commit $800,000 toward a qualifying project located in a Targeted Employment Area. Each investment must support the creation of at least ten full-time U.S. jobs, making the program a meaningful driver of economic development alongside its immigration benefits.

The Role of an EB-5 Regional Center

EB-5 Regional Centers are USCIS-designated entities authorized to sponsor EB-5 projects and apply indirect and induced job creation methodologies, broadening the range of economic activity that counts toward job creation requirements.

  • Project Sponsorship: Structuring and advancing EB-5 investment opportunities through our Regional Centers.
  • Job Creation Oversight: Managing job creation methodology, reporting, and documentation.
  • Compliance Monitoring: Ensuring ongoing adherence to USCIS program requirements.
  • USCIS Filings: Coordinating required regulatory submissions throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Investor Communication: Providing consistent, transparent updates from subscription through project completion.
